Terms of Service

The service

Rankwell Insights provides monitoring, issue management, change tracking and reporting for websites you manage. Findings and scores are decision support; they are not guarantees of search performance.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must have authority to connect each Search Console property and to crawl each website you add.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the crawler or free tools against websites you are not authorised to test, or to probe private networks.
  • Do not attempt to access another organisation's data.
  • Do not resell access without agreement.

Subscriptions

Plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you load. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Notice and the list of processors.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of the platform's findings.
