Fair questions

Who is Rankwell Insights for?
SEO agencies, freelancers and in-house teams that look after several websites. It is designed around agencies managing roughly 5 to 50 client sites.
What data does it use?
Your own Google Search Console data (read-only) and a controlled crawl of websites you are authorised to monitor. It does not scrape search results.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with no card required. You can explore with clearly labelled demo data before connecting Google.
Does it do keyword research or rank tracking?
No. Rankwell is an operations platform: it detects problems on sites you manage, organises the fixes and measures the results.
Will it tell me a change caused an improvement?
It reports what was observed after a change, alongside a control group and last year's pattern. It does not claim causation or promise traffic gains.
How is my data protected?
Organisations are isolated from each other, Google tokens are encrypted at rest, access is role based and you can export or delete your data. See the Privacy Notice.

Fix it.
Prove it.

Connect Search Console, or explore with demo data first. The first findings arrive when the import does.
